Gary
L. Herman
Chairman
Mr. Herman, newly appointed Chairman of the company as of May 2005,
has been a member of the board since August 2000. He is a managing
member of Galloway Capital Management, a money management firm based
in New York. Prior to this, from 1977 to 2002, he was an Associate
Managing Director in the Galloway Division at Burnham Securities,
Inc., an investment bank based in New York. Prior to joining Burnham,
Mr. Herman was a managing partner of The Kingshill Group, Inc.,
a merchant banking firm with offices in New York and Tokyo. He is
currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Digital Creative
Development Corporation, as well as a director of Shells Seafood
Restaurants, Inc. and the NYC Industrial Development Agency, to
which he was appointed by former NYC Mayor Rudolph Giuliani.
Thomas F. Leonardis
President and CEO - Ember Industries, Inc.
Mr. Leonardis has been a director since November 2001. He is President
& CEO of Ember Industries, Inc. He is a senior executive with experience
with companies such as Staefa Control System and Time Energy. Management
experiences span general management, sales and marketing and operations.
He has international business experience in Europe, Asia and Latin
America.
Michael Rapisand
CFO - Xplore Technologies
Mr. Rapisand possesses over twenty years of diverse financial management experience in roles with ever increasing levels of responsibility. He began his career in a Big “4” public accounting firm and has worked for both public and private world-class companies. These organizations are a dynamic mix of high growth and development stage companies that were technology and manufacturing based. In his most recent role before Xplore Technologies, Mike was the Chief Financial Officer of TippingPoint Technologies, Inc, a publicly traded (NasdaqNM: TPTI) network-based security hardware manufacturer emerging from development stage with initial sales. He was responsible for all finance, legal, human resources, facilities and information technology activities. World-class companies Mr. Rapisand has also worked for include Dell Inc., PepsiCo, Inc. and the aforementioned KPMG. He graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, with a B.B.A in Accounting in December 1981 and is an active Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
Seth Lukash
Mr. Lukash has been CEO and a consultant to Food Automation Service
Techniques, Inc. and Smarl Commercial Kitchen, a manufacturer of appliance controls
exclusively for the foodservice industry, since 2002. From 2001 thru July 2002, Mr.
Lukash served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Progressive Software Inc., a
designer and developer of software for the specialty retail and restaurant industries. From
1985 through 2001, Mr. Lukash served as President and Chief Executive Officer of
Tridex Corporation. Mr. Lukash is currently on the Board of Directors of DataMetrics
Corporation and is currently employed by USi Power of Armonk New York. Mr. Lukash
received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami in 1968.
